The California State University, Fullerton Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology (SEPP) Lab conducts research and applied work aimed at enhancing performance and well-being in sport, exercise, and other performance contexts. Our faculty’s scholarship reflects this mission, exploring the psychological factors that influence athletes, coaches, and individuals pursuing active lifestyles.
